1. The constitution of an executive committee has been discussed. We decided to create this committee which will be composed of the founding members and the past and current organizers of the meetings.

2. Missions
The executive committee's missions are: - To define the topics and locations of our meetings - To elaborate the scientific programs of our meetings - To select the potential lecturers for the meetings - To define the potential partners All this has to be done according to the rules defined in our initial memorandum and articles (see www. aromecancer.org).
3. Scientific committee
According to our objectives that are based on workshop organization in the national and international meetings and also because we are not planing any general AROME meeting, we decided that a scientific committee will not be needed and the executive committee already insures its potential missions.
4. Honorary members
The executive committee will request support from important personalities to become premium members. These persons have to have Mediterranean origin or to work or act for any of the Mediterranean countries and also to show. an interest in AROME missions.
5. IAEA-AROME partnership
We will contact Stella De Sabata and Branislav Jeremic for the diploma certification proposal. It is important to discuss the targets of this project: technicians, dosimetrists, physicists…? Collaboration with African universities for diploma certification will be also discussed.
6. UICC-AROME partnership
Epidemiology of cancer in the Mediterranean area. The book project has to be discussed with H?l?ne Sancho-Garnier as soon as possible in order to define the topics and the table of contents. AROME accept the proposal to participate in the future UICC meetings.
7. Book proposal from Hamouda Boussen and Nourreddine Bouaouina
The proposal is accepted and will be done with sponsorship that will be found by AROME. The table of contents will include practical issues of the most frequent cancers in the Mediterranean area. Our friends from North Africa Hamouda Boussen, Noureddine Bouaouina, Kamel Bouzid and Abdel Benider will define table of contents. It is suggested that the writers will be juniors in training under the responsibility of one senior. All AROME members are invited to send their suggestions by e-mail to Hamouda Boussen (Sarroura2000@rns.tn) or Noureddine Bouaouina as soon as possible (noureddine.bouaouina@rns.tn).
8. Istanbul from 9 to 11 of November
Cedat Turkan and Faruk Aykan could not attend our meeting, as they did not get the information on the location and timing of the meeting in time. We will contact them for the practical organization whish will involve Mahmut Ozsahin. Topic of the meeting suggested by Joseph Gligorov : Elaborate principle guidelines for the most frequent cancers in the Mediterranean countries. This will be done by working parties. All the members will be asked to work on their topic before arriving to Istanbul where we will act according to the guidelines. Joseph is asked to prepare the preliminary program. The chairmen are asked to collect the texts and all suggestions in order to define their schedule in istanbul.

9. AROME participation in meetings:
The following meetings were selected for this year: - France : ICACT (October 2007, Paris) - Monaco : Biennales Monegasques (January 2008, Monaco) - Algeria : International Meeting for Cancer Care in Constantine (October 2007) - UICC annual meeting (Geneva, August 2008) - Egypt : Pan Arabe Congress For the latter, Mo?se Namer, Kamel Bouzid et Marc Spielmann are asked to contact the organizers in order to fix. the date and topic of AROME workshop. They will develop the preliminary scientific program.
10. Financial topic
- The accounts will be kept by a professional who will be paid free-lance. Yazid has a contact in Paris. - The demands of grants have to be signed if possible by the President and treasurer - Requests for grants from industries are needed and have to be done by all.
11. WEB Site
- The financial proposal of Ms Catherine Bellino is accepted. Pfizer-France will probably support this. - The webmaster has been nominated and the web will be maintained in Haifa. We thank. Abraham and Zvi for their help and support. - All Naples participants have to send as soon as possible the names of their colleagues (other oncologists, surgeons, pathologists and radiologists). The slides and photos selection is ongoing. They will be on the website soon. The names will be inserted. under the flag of each country to identify the AROME network. Their advice is needed before putting the names on the AROME website. Zvi Bernstein will insert the names of all the participants to Naples meeting according to the list established at the end of this document. All the names will appear after a click on the flag of each country. This list has to be completed by adding surgeons, pathologists and radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians. The suggested names by each country referents have to be sent to Zvi Bernstein by e-mail (webmaster@aromecancer.org) He will insert them in order to complete the countries boards as soon as possible. Each referent is asked to send to Zvi a photograph and a short CV. Thanks in advance.
12. Others
The AROME members are invited to use the AROME logo for promotion in their academic presentations. in both national and international meetings.
